This DC 600V new energy vehicle charging pile test load box independently developed and produced by Rist Company is mainly used for offline testing, online debugging, function verification, simple aging test, etc. of DC charging pile products. The real simulation of the charging process avoids problems such as inconvenient test use, incomplete test contents, inability to verify auxiliary power supply system, time-consuming and labor-consuming charging and discharging of vehicle power battery, shortening of battery life caused by frequent charging and discharging, etc. caused by using electric vehicle real vehicle as the detection device, and at the same time avoids direct economic losses caused by damage to the test vehicle caused by charging pile failure. Through the intelligent test load independently developed and produced by Ford Electronics and the electric vehicle DC charging pile for information interaction, the real-time simulation of the battery charging process is realized. In addition, the test system is internally a resistive load, and the corresponding load power can be switched according to actual needs.
This load box adopts metal tube resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high precision, long service life, manual control and remote host computer control, supporting charging gun base, is completely tailored for charging pile equipment testing.
